LOS ANGELES -- Rihanna and Chris Brown, who split in 2009 after a domestic violence incident, are back together again -- at least musically speaking.

They've released not one, but two, remixes together.

On Monday, Brown tweeted out a remixed version of his song "Turn Up the Music" that features Rihanna's vocals. Rihanna later retweeted the post.

Rihanna also tweeted a remix of her song, "Birthday Cake" that features Chris Brown.

Brown pleaded guilty to a felony charge for attacking Rihanna, who was his girlfriend at the time, at a pre-Grammy party in 2009.

He's currently serving five years of probation.

Brown had been ordered to stay 50 yards away from Rihanna, but last year, a judge eased the restraining order.

He reduced it to 10 yards if they were both at a music industry event.

Rihanna has said she is no longer angry at Brown and is a fan of his music.

Brown tweeted Rihanna well wishes for her 24th birthday, which was on Monday.

Rihanna retweeted the message from Brown, saying: 'Thanks! RT @chrisbrown: HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROBYN!'

Brown performed at this year's Grammy Awards, his first appearance there in three years.

He also took home an award for best R&B album.

Talking exclusively to MTV News following the premiere of her new video for "Safe & Sound" from "The Hunger Games," Taylor Swift revealed that the clip contains several references to the best-selling YA book series that fans should recognize.

"I felt like I was really needing to pay tribute to this movie and tell this story," Swift said. "There's this moment in the music video where I find this mockingjay pin and hold it up."

For those who have not read the books, the mockingjay pin is one of the most iconic symbols from the series. It was given to the main character, Katniss Everdeen (played in the film by Jennifer Lawrence), as a token to take into the arena to remind her of her Home, District 12.

The mockingjay and the pin itself are both symbols of rebellion in the books. The mockingjay is a species of bird inadvertently bred when the Capitol released "jabberjays" throughout the nation of Panem in an attempt to spy on its citizens. After the mission failed and the citizens of Panem learned how to feed lies to Capitol spies through the jabberjays, the Capitol ended the project, but the birds bred with mockingbirds in the wild, creating the mockingjay, which the Capitol was never able to eradicate.

We won't spoil the rest, but the third book in the series is titled "Mockingjay," and that isn't just a reference to the bird or the pin anymore.

"Having a music video with that much symbolism in it is something I'm not used to," Swift continued. "Everyone who is a 'Hunger Games' fans knows what it means when there's fire in the trees and they know what it means for the house to be burnt and they know what it means for the 'Hunger Games' pin to be covered in rust and old. Everybody can take their own meaning away from it, but it all goes back to the symbolism of the book."

To avoid spoiling the books and film, the only bit here that we'll address are the burning trees, which can be seen throughout Swift's video and briefly in the film's second trailer. In the arena, the Gamesmakers use fire to keep the tributes from hiding in trees and to push groups of them into the same area so they can fight to the death for all to see.

Swift's "Safe & Sound" video has us psyched for the release of "The Hunger Games," due March 23. "I'm now sort of like an infomercial for it," Swift, a fan of the books, joked to MTV News about the series.

Kim Kardashian said, “I always start with a fresh face. Then I put on Intuit ‘Photo Shoot.’ Basically Intuit is a big company and I love the names of their products. Its Photo Shoot is a make up primer. After my moisturizer, I put it on, which basically is like a moisturizer that will fill the pours on your face and it will help to set the foundation so it will last longer.

Further I use “Cle De Peau concealer stick”, its super expensive, but works for me. This stick comes in two colors; I use Ocre, which is the darker of the two. And I also use “M.A.C.” concealer which comes in a little pot, condition I do not have “Cle de Peau”. Naturally, everyone’s color is different but I use NW25. First, I put the concealer under my eyes because I completely hate dark circles. Then I also use concealer to cover up blemishes!

After that, I put on “Make up Forever’s liquid foundation”. For that, I mix one pump of No. 5 and two pumps of No. 4. Yet I also have No. 3 for the winter time when I am really pale. So I mix the foundations to get the perfect color. Then I blend them with the coolest make up M.A.C. brush No. 180.

As I already said that I hate dark circles, so after the foundation, I put on a little more concealer just under my eyes since the foundation makes it darker under my eyes. Usually, I use a lighter concealer from “M.A.C. NW30” in a little lipstick tube-looking container and I select ‘moisture cover’ as well. At next, I lightly brush on with a big powder brush M.A.C to set the foundation. I used to select “Sheer Pressed Powder NC 30”, then to make me a little tanner I lightly brush on “M.A.C. Powder NW 45”.

At this moment, it’s blush time. I tell you that I’m obsessed with blush. For blush, I use a color called “Gingerly” to warm me up and give me a little color and then add a pink color called “Cheek” to give me rosy cheeks. Then I just started getting into cream blush and find it works a lot better and last longer.

Now it’s Time for the eyes, my favorite part of makeup. At first, I put down a “M.A.C”. Then I paint pot in a light color that matches my skin called “Painterly”. The creamy shadow makes it so that the powder eye shadow does not wrinkle. Resembling, if you wear make up all day you will see that the eye shadow begins to wrinkle and get oily, but if you put this paint color down first it won’t do so. That’s the reason I love cream shadow and use the color cream pots as well. also I love colored shadow; so it depends on the color depend of shadow I plan to wear: condition it’s black smoky I use Carbon by M.A.C.; and if its Grey smoky I use Knight Divine or Print; and if it’s brown smoky I use Embark by M.A.C. thus I love a fresh shimmery look as well and use “M.A.C. Pigment” called “Tan”. Believe me! It’s so pretty and I love bright colors for eye make up. With all that, I always use black pencil eyeliner and my favorite is “Stila black pencil”.

It’s mascara time. I just put on mascara completes the look, but I have it when I mess up and get it on my eye lid and mess up the eye shadow. For that, I used to use “Lancôme Hypnoses”, and still do. But I recently started to use “M.A.C. Zoom mascara” which is amazing. For mascara, I take my time and put coat after coat because I love to layer mascaras so I will probably start with the” M.A.C. Zoom” and then put” Lancôme Hypnoses” on top. To apply that properly, I always use a separator brush to separate my lashes. As I am completely clueless on how to put false lashes on, so I only wear them for photo shoots occasionally.

Putting lipstick is the final touch, I usually use “M.A.C. Lip liner” called “Stripdown” .I use it very lightly and a lipstick called “Angel” and put “Nars Turkish Delight lip-gloss” on top. For my favorite nude matte lip, I put on “Nars Belle De Jour” and I line my lips first with “M.A.C. Subculture lip liner”.

If Wong succeeds in keeping her locked in the local industry’s churn-out-the-crap-fast way of doing business, we may never see Shu Qi live up to her full potential.

But there is hope yet. Leading roles in movies like Millenium Mambo, Beijing Rocks, The Transporter and several upcoming projects shows a tendency towards better roles to showcase Shu Qi’s talent as a powerful actress – and not just a knock-out body with a trademark dizzying smile. As much as we like to see 5-6 new films with Shu Qi every year, we would much prefer to see her in one or two really good films. For that to happen, Shu Qi would probably have to look outside Hong Kong. Luckily, several directors outside of Hong Kong and Asia are starting to be aware of, what Shu Qi can do. If she is lucky and chooses wisely, we may see her on the podium at a future Oscar-night.

Shu Qi is one of the most prolific and gifted actresses of our time, Shu Qi rose to the top of the Asian movie scene garnering multiple awards and critical acclaim along the way. Born on April 16, 1976 in Taiwan, Shu Qi began as a model for adult magazines and other erotic photography. It did not take long for her to star in various soft porn films, before eventually switching to mainstream films.
