This Swarovski-encrusted bathtub is proof that bling is back in the luxury business, just as millionaires are starting to open their wallets again. Designed by Lori Gardner, the Diamond Bathtub took three years in the making. This 19th century-style claw foot bathtub is covered with rose pink Swarovski crystals affixed by hand.

But here’s the clincher; according on the designer, there is one real diamond among the crystals attached to the tub, so if you’re in for a long hot bath, you might as well stay there a little longer trying to find the diamond among the crystals. There’s also another surprise when you put a mirror underneath. No word yet on how much this bathtub costs and where it will be sold, but the Diamond Bathtub is currently on display at Fleur de Lys, 369 E. 17th Street in Costa Mesa, CA.
