Pia Toscano shows support, Scotty McCreery has earpiece mishap, James Durbin cries and Rihanna falls…almost!
Did you see Pia Toscano sitting next to the American Idol judges table? Pia came to support the remaining performers on last night’s elimination show. It seemed as though Randy Jackson was a bit shocked to see her. He kept pointing and saying to her “You should be here, dawg!”Pia Toscano didn’t seem to be too bad off. She sat in the audience carrying her new celebrity status pretty well. She was carrying a Louis Vuitton purse and had a bodyguard by her side! She was definitely turning heads last night. Nigel Lythgoe, the show’s producer, gave her a warm welcome and the audience kept getting out of their chairs to catch a glimpse of the fallen Idol contestant. She was gracious, smiling and saying hello to fans. Other stuff you don’t see in last night’s American Idol results show:
It seems as though Scotty McCreery had a problem with his ear piece during his duet performance with Lauren Alaina. Although, you wouldn’t have known by his spot on performance. He told the production crew that his ear piece wasn’t working.
After the show, James Durbin cried on stage over the loss of Paul McDonald. It was quite endearing to see.
Rihanna almost munched it back stage. She had a near fall down the stairs, but luckily caught herself and was able to get backstage okay. She then tripped again, but still didn’t fall.
Wouldn’t you love to be backstage on American Idol? You get to see all of the juicy stuff they would never show you on television.
