Occupy Wall Street is far from peaceful. It seems designed to provoke, wreak havoc, and create chaos. The protesters do as they please. Law? They think they are the law.

Make no mistake: This is no unorganized, leaderless mob. There is leadership in place, it is well funded, and it is professionally trained to incite and create chaos. That is their intent.

Consider Lisa Fithian. Fithian is a professional protester who started her career in the 1970s. She was part and parcel of that violent era, and since then has created an impressive resumé of arrests. She sees to it she is arrested at most protests she attends.
