After an emotional performance show, in which Maks lost his cool with Len, it was bound to be a tenseelimination on 'Dancing With the Stars' (Tue., 8PM ET on ABC). Maksim Chmerkovskiy and his partner, Hope Solo, scored a 20 from the judges, which was better than only one other couple, Chaz Bono and Lacey Schwimmer, who got 19.
Audience votes make up the difference of the vote, obviously, which had to leave Maks and Hope sweating waiting for the final word. We've seen how their fellow contestants felt, many of whom felt he may have crossed the line. Would America agree?

Reality audiences generally respond negatively too arrogance and disrespect, as we've seen in the past with contestants like Chris Daughtry on 'American Idol.' Chmerkovskiy, though, has always ridden that fine line as the resident cocky bad boy of 'DWTS.' But with a one-point difference, and Bono's enduring popularity, would Solo pay the price for his attitude this week?
