Sofia Vergara being sexy and how to enjoy New York City

It’s no secret, Sofia Vergara is very beautiful. The Colombian native was discovered on a beach at the age of 23 and quickly became a world-famous runway model and travel-show host.

But Vergara, who has a 20-year-old son and is a cancer survivor, is more than just a pretty face. After her big-screen debut in the 2002 film “Big Trouble,” the 39-year-old has proven her acting chops as Gloria in the hit television series “Modern Family,” for which she has been nominated twice for Emmy Awards.

Her success on TV has led to movie roles in “The Smurfs,” “Happy Feet Two” and Garry Marshall’s latest romantic comedy, “New Year’s Eve,” in theaters Friday.

On being a young mother: “It’s a big responsibility; you can’t go out much at night. Instead of buying a pair of shoes, you have to buy diapers. When you have a kid, you have to be more mature.” (Redbook)

I always joke with my publicist and my manager that I’m competing for the best ass with Kim Kardashian and she is 15 years younger than me.
